We had the band play for a corporate function and it was a wonderful evening that everyone enjoyed and would have danced all ngiht too if they could have!.  We would certainly recommend the band. - April Woodall, Event Manager.

Well done on a superb performance last night at Paraoa Bar. Songs, sounds, individual performances by all were fabulous and you kept the audience dancing all night. Loved every minute and will watch out for you guys again. Made my birthday - Steve Barnett, Sept 2023

13th May 2023 - Anthology Lounge Launch Party

I was so impressed by the musicianship, team intuition and stage presence of the Funkadelics!  We went to their launch party and were just blown away by how together, how vibrant and how incredibly slick their sound and performance was.  A fantastic band who know how to summon a party, blasting banger after banger and engulfing everything into the 70s fold - Davidda Benn, May 2023

 

5th March 2023 - Anthology Lounge Preview show

I was invited to see the preview show of Solid Gold 70s in March 2023.

What can I say!  It was amazing! They played all the 70s classics and we were dancing up a storm.

They were very professional and their costumes looked the part.

I had the pleasure of going to Solid Gold 70s preview show last Sunday evening.

It was fabulous to the say the least! The songs, the costumes and the dancing were amazing! It took me right back to the 70’s. Such a polished performance and I would highly recommend seeing this show!  I can’t wait to go to the full show in May! -
